Do I need to be licensed? — Yes. You’ll need to have completed your degree program and finished a qualifiable apprenticeship under a licensed engineer.
Do I have to have experience working within the real estate industry? — No. This is our area of experience and we will provide guidance on making sure you are successful within the real estate industry.
Do I have to live in the Tulsa area? — Yes. Although our inspection teams stretch across Oklahoma we are adding our first engineers in the Tulsa area.
Do you offer training? — No. Professional engineers representing Forever Home Inspection will need to be fully qualified from day one.
What is your pay structure? — Great question. We will say that our pay structure is aggressively better than our competitors.
Do you have enough business to keep me busy? — Yes! We do not take it lightly that we have so many bellies to feed! We work very hard behind the scenes to keep all of our contractors as busy as they want to be.
What’s it like to work for your company? — Another excellent question. We recommend calling any of our inspectors to pick their brain about what their experience has been. We will say that we consider every inspector like family!
Are you looking for engineers outside of Oklahoma? — Not yet. But our plans do include branching across state lines.
