On the day of your home inspection, your inspector will show up, and we recommend that home buyers do as well, so you can observe and become even more knowledgeable on the condition of the house. All of our inspections include a free termite inspection. The inspection can last between 90 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the size of the home. The inspector will go to all of the accessible parts of the home and takes notes and even pictures if necessary.
When this is done, the inspector will go and write up a report via Spectora. We guarantee that you’ll get your report by 5pm on the next business day. The easy-to-read, intuitive report will give you a detailed look into damage or potential hazards in the home. This way, you can be better empowered to make decisions regarding the house, such as negotiating repairs with the sellers, or even if you need to stop pursuing this house altogether.
