A Buyer Home Inspection reports on the overall status of your future home and its possible defects. We will deliver a detailed and easy-to-decipher report to the home buyer before noon the following business day.
A sewer scope inspection is a camera-led scoping of the lateral sewer line only. The scope will begin at the house and navigate via a long cable line to the end of the lateral sewer line. A sewer scope inspection does NOT include scoping of all of the plumbing throughout the home.
We will inspect for termites and other wood destroying insects, but we do not provide a plan of treatment or treatment, itself. Our goal is to provide a convenient and unbiased termite inspection.
